Music lovers and festival goers, get ready! The legendary Lennon Festival returns to Ramelton for its 53rd year and there’s something for absolutely everyone.
The festivities kick off in style on Thursday, July 4th with the Official Opening Ceremony featuring the legendary Moya Brennan, the lead singer of Clannad.
Over the following two weekends, a lineup of fantastic acts takes the stage, including The Tumbling Paddies, a Springsteen tribute, Robert Mizzell, Abba Sensations, and country music stars Jimmy and Claudia Buckley.

Don’t miss John Quinn Nory’s book launch for ‘From Ramelton to Clydebank’ at McFadden’s Shop on Saturday 13th July at 4.30pm.
Some of the many other exciting events on the calendar include the wacky racers at the Soap Box Derby down Church Street on Sunday 7th July. Or get colourful in the Colour Run on Wednesday evening 10th July, take a trip down memory lane at the Vintage Vehicle Show on Saturday 13th July and prepare to be amazed by the mobile Planetarium Dome on Saturday the 13th July at 4pm in the Town Hall. And you won’t want to miss the dazzling fireworks display on Monday 15th July!
