The local horse and pony racing scene heads to beautiful Bundoran this Sunday.
Events get underway at Finner Camp with a 2.30 pm start.
The seaside town has been a popular venue for a long number of years. As the first race will coincide with Donegal’s clash with Louth at Croke Park, the committee will have live commentary on track so spectators won’t miss the action throughout the 70 minutes.
Refreshments will be available on course and bookmakers will be in attendance.
Meanwhile, local star Patrick McGettigan (main pic), from Ballyare, had a fine double at Oldcastle Co Meath on Sunday. He partnered Fire Drops and Jacob to impressive wins and will be hopeful of adding more success this weekend in Bundoran.
