Fahan Presbyterian Church held their annual church outing in style on Saturday, June 1st at Roe Valley Country Park.
The day started with a tour of the Green Lane Museum with local historians Matt and Betty Ferguson. A cup of tea was provided and an informative presentation was given on life along Lough Swilly over the last century.
A picnic lunch was enjoyed in the sunshine followed by a woodland scavenger hunt around the walking loop in the country park.
The Fahan Sunday School stops for the summer break, though all local children will be invited to the Church and community Connect Week commencing Monday 15th July. More details: www.fahanchurch.org
