We are an established Donegal based construction company who specialise in the construction of Quality Housing Developments. We currently have an opportunity within our team for a Site Engineer.
This role will be based in Donegal with travel to sites as required in the Northwest.
Site Engineer Position (Housing Developments in Donegal)
Key qualities required
- Relevant Qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction Management with knowledge of residential construction.
- Setting out and surveying using GPS equipment and Optical Level.
- Ability to manipulate design setting out data within relevant software packages such as AutoCAD 360 including production of design of minor works requirements.
- Provide assistance to the Site Manager, assisting in managing Labour, Pant & Equipment resources, inspection and supervision of the works of subcontractors and reporting progress to management.
- Assist with compilation and management of compliance documentation.
- Be a strong communicator with good people skills, ambitious team player.
- Ideal candidate will have a full clean driving licence.
Terms negotiable depending on experience. Transport, Phone and Equipment supplied
