Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Head Office, Keenaghan, Kilmacrenan, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Proactively generate leads and engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products and services.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs to effectively recommend solutions that meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products, staying informed about our manufacturing processes and the benefits of our offerings.
- Quotations and Orders: Prepare and follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales, while coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to our team’s success and the company’s growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
