Glen Estates is a busy Property Sales & Lettings Management Agency in Letterkenny and we are looking for an additional full-time Office Administrator.
You will enjoy a varied role comprising of Sales and Lettings management administration using our dedicated CRM system such as:
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with clients
- Assisting in the management of our rental portfolio
- Managing rent collection and accounting to landlords
- Uploading property details to our website and portals
- Creating and filing letting management documents
- Dealing with phone, post, and email queries
- Uploading invoices and dealing with our suppliers to ensure smooth management of the properties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Monday – Friday 9.30am-5:00pm
Work Location: In person full time office based
