Major refurbishment plans for Dunfanaghy bar

Plans have been submitted for a major refurbishment of a Dunfanaghy bar as well as the addition of 18 bedrooms.

Collegegrove Ltd, of which Stephen Elliot is a director, is also seeking permission for the construction of a three-storey extension at the ‘Boatshed Bar on The Market Square.

The proposed development will include the extension of the existing bar and a change of use from the existing grain store to bedrooms on the upper floors.
