Daire Ó Baoill has been voted the GAA.ie Player of the Week following his exceptional display in Celtic Park against Derry at the weekend.
The Donegal star received 3, 718 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Mayo’s Ryan O’Donoghue (2,157) and Galway’s Rob Finnerty (1,895).
Donegal produced a dynamic display to beat the hot favourites in the Ulster Senior Championship Quarter Final.
The lively Gaoth Dobhair clubman was an influential figure, chipping in (literally) with a pair of spectacular goals after catching Derry keeper Odhran Lynch off his line to bring his tally of 2-01.
