Job Summary:
Nvolve are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on content creation, lead generation, and event management. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic marketer capable of driving engagement, enhancing our brand’s visibility, and generating demand through strategic content marketing and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to engage our target audience, generate leads, and support the buyer’s journey.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of webinars and live events, ensuring each activity is aligned with our marketing objectives and delivers measurable results.
- Craft compelling and SEO-optimised blog content to enhance online visibility and attract quality traffic to our website.
- Utilise HubSpot for marketing automation, content distribution, and performance analysis, ensuring strategies are data-driven and aligned with our overarching CRM objectives.
- Develop a rich content library, including guides, whitepapers, videos, and infographics, to nurture leads and support the buyer’s journey.
- Analyse and report on content, campaign, and event performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies, optimise engagement, and improve ROI.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in content marketing, lead generation, and event management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating engaging, effective marketing content and executing digital campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO strategies and marketing automation tools, with a preference for candidates experienced with HubSpot.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in leveraging data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and drive results.
Desirable:
- Certifications in digital marketing, HubSpot, or related tools/platforms.
