Tremors from the devastating earthquake in Taiwan earlier this morning were recorded in east Donegal.
A seismograph at St Columba’s College measured the 7.4 magnitude earthquake which struck the island during the morning rush hour, causing the deaths of four people.
Physics teacher there, Brendan O’Donoghue, was behind the school joining the international Seismology in Schools network.
