A man was arrested following a crash in the centre of Ballybofey in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Gardaí were alerted after a car struck a parked vehicle on Donegal Street, just metres from the busy main street, shortly before 1am. No injuries were reported at the scene.
“The driver, a male in his 30s, was arrested under the road traffic acts and later released without charge. Enquiries into the incident are ongoing,” a garda spokesperson said.
