Emergency services are currently at the scene of a crash on the main Letterkenny to Derry road.
The collision occurred between Manorcunningham and Newtowncunningham at around 8am.
A number of fire brigades, Gardaí and ambulance personnel are said to be at the scene.
The road is partially closed, and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
