There is widespread sadness after a woman in her 30s passed away in the border region overnight.
Police said that they were dealing with a “serious incident” in the village of Killeter in County Tyrone, near the border with County Donegal, last night.
It’s understood locally that a woman aged in her 30s died following a tragic accident.
The road through the village and on to Castlederg was closed for a period of time as a result.
Tributes have been paid to the woman across local social media pages in the Aghyaran parish area.
