The mother of missing Donegal man Cian Langelaan has made an emotional appeal on Mother’s Day.
Anthea Langelaan made the appeal as it is over three years since her son went missing.
27 year old Cian Langelaan went missing from the Falcarragh area of County Donegal on the 24th of September, 2020.
He was last seen leaving a taxi he had gotten into, taking him to near Dunfanaghy.
His mother Anthea made an emotional Mother’s Day post in the Facebook group “Find Cian”, which had been set up as part of the search efforts for him.
“Mothering Sunday! I remember so clearly the joyous day when you were born Cian. Today is the fourth Mother’s Day without knowing where you are or even if you are alive,” Anthea wrote.
“What heartbreak for sure …. but also many, many happy memories of you growing up when you were happy and carefree. Oh that we could relive those experiences and that I could see your lovely smile again! All my love xx Mum“
Anyone who may have seen Cian or has information about his disappearance is urged to come forward.
Cian is described as being 5 ft 8 inches tall, of medium build, with sandy coloured hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and black boots.
