When the Shelby brothers of Peaky Blinders fame give the orders to sharpen the knives then you know there’s going to be trouble.
So you could forgive butcher Lee Gildea when Peaky Blinders star Packy Lee walked into Gildea Farm Butchers at Oldtown Roa din Letterkenny today.
The Belfast actor plays Johny Dogs in the hit television show which tells the story of crime family the Shelbys in Birmingham, England in the 1920s.
Luckily Packy was only in to pick up a few essentials from the popular meat store.
Lee said “Nice of Johnny Dogs of Peaky Blinders to call in for few steaks.”
Needless to say Gildea’s steaks are always first class.
Which as just as well as we wouldn’t need Johnny Dogs calling back…..
