Kelly’s Toyota are currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Accounts Administrator in our Mountcharles office.
The primary tasks / requirements of the position are as follows:
- Answer telephone in a friendly, professional manner, transferring calls to correct extensions and dealing with requests
- Cashiering – reconciling daily cash and credit cards, doing necessary corrections, preparing lodgements and posting to accounts software.
- Vehicle Sales invoice processing
- Purchase invoice processing & validation including reconciliation of statements
- Tracking and monitoring of aged receivables
- Multiple vehicle administration duties
- Multiple customer care administrative duties.
- Other administration tasks as required.
Candidate should have:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Be organised and professional
- An ability to work under pressure and to reporting deadlines
