Dunfanaghy farmer awarded IFA honorary life membership

Dunfanaghy farmer Andy Hanlon has been awarded honorary life membership of the Irish Farmers’ Association.

The presentation was made to Mr Hanlon of Corcreggan last night at the Donegal IFA AGM, honouring his outstanding contribution, dedication and commitment to the IFA, locally and nationally, down the years.

The Donegal IFA AGM took place in the Clanree Hotel Letterkenny, with IFA President Frances Gorman, President and Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Charlie McConalogue in attendance.
