Office Administrator
Barry Browne Cars Donegal Town are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proficient with office software applications, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule bookings for the workshop.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Sales Executive
Barry Browne Cars Donegal are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our Donegal Town branch 🥳🥳
As a Sales Executive it is your responsibility to achieve targeted results and deliver an exceptional level of service to our customer base.
This role will ideally suit a Sales Executive with creative ideas and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. A previous role within the motor industry would be an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification.
- Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations.
- Naturally building rapport with customers quickly and easily.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other departments.
- Qualifying customer’s demands and needs.
- Monitor used car Stock, ensuring it is sufficient to meet demand.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained from within the motor industry as well as:
- Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Honest, respectful with a strong sense of integrity.
- A full, valid, and clean Driving License.
