Donegal County Council has announced that it is seeking tenders for the construction of 30 new social housing units on the Kilmacrennan Road, Letterkenny.
The works will involve the construction of 30 two- and three-storey social housing units on a brownfield site at Airde na Buaile.

The scheme will include six one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom houses, and four three-bedroom houses.
The project will also include new access roads, footpaths and carparking throughout the site, the construction of a water booster station, and the upgrading of existing wastewater mains.
The estimated value of the housing capital works is €7million.
