The Irish Coast Guard has just released dramatic footage of four fishermen being winched off a boat that ran aground on an island off Donegal this morning.
Malin Head Coast Guard was alerted at around 6am after the 12-metre vessel got into difficulty near Inis Meáin Island with four people on board.
They immediately tasked the Sligo-based R118 helicopter, Arranmore Lifeboat and Bunbeg Coast Guard. All four people on board were subsequently winched off the boat and airlifted, unharmed, to safety at Donegal Airport.
