Donegal County Council has given the green light to expand the number of social houses at Radharc na Trá Bréige in Malin.
Nine new homes will be built in Phase 4 of the development at Drumcarbit, consisting of 2 two-bedroom, 6 three-bedroom, and 1 four-bedroom units.

The works will also include a connection to the wastewater pumping system, landscaping, car parking, access road, and all associated site works.
A public consultation process was held regarding the housing scheme in November last year.
Planning approval was recommended by the council’s planning department, subject to 15 conditions. County councillors gave their approval for the works at a meeting in Lifford yesterday.
