Emergency services are continuing to work to clear roads and restore power to homes and businesses across Donegal following Storm Isha.
The powerful storm, as forecasted, lashed the county from around 9pm last night. As a result, trees were toppled and roads blocked in all areas as well as leaving thousands of homes and businesses without power. Substantial damage was also caused to property with reports of roofs being ripped off sheds, outbuildings and other structural damage.
Road users are urged to proceed with care and not to approach fallen trees or powerlines.
