Met Eireann has issued its second highest weather for Donegal.
The national forecaster has warned the county is set to be battered by strong winds for a 12 hour period from tomorrow (SUN).
The weather warning comes into place at 5pm tomorrow (Sunday) and will remain in place until 5am on Monday.
The forecaster warns that the impact of the “damaging gusts” include large coastal waves with wave overtopping, fallen trees and damage to power lines.
The warning also said that travel conditions will be “very difficult” during this period.
