Donegal teenage blues sensation Muireann Bradley is to appear on The Late Late Show on RTÉ tonight.
The 17-year-old from Ballybofey shot to worldwide fame after delivering a pitch-perfect rendition of Candyman by Rev Gary Davis to millions of viewers on the annual New Year’s Eve programme on BBC2.
Tonight, she is said to be a guest of host Patrick Kielty along with Hollywood heartthrob, Jamie Dornan.
Last week’s episode, with Conan O’Brien as lead guest, was viewed by an average figure of 479,000 people.
During the week, thousands tuned in Muireann played a number of tunes on the hugely popular Blues Show with Cerys Matthews on BBC Radio 2.
“Thank you so much to Cerys and her wonderful team for making me feel so welcome, I really had a blast,” she said.
“It’s not every day you meet someone as into their music as this super cool lady.”

Muireann’s appearance is at around 13:20.
In addition, the recording of her amazing Hootenanny performance (below) is currently the number one trending video on the BBC Music YouTube page with a staggering 425,000 views.
She has described performing on the show as a “really amazing experience”.
Muireann revealed she secured the much sought after spot on the legendary programme after Tompkins Square label founder, Josh Rosenthal, sent a copy of her album to its producer.
In what was her first ever performance on television, the blues singer and guitarist later took to the stage with music legend Rod Stewart and other stars for the show’s finale.
Stewart offered the teenager his microphone during the performance of Enjoy Yourself (It’s Later Than You Think).
Muireann describes her musical style as “folk blues” and said she grew up listening to the genre thanks to her dad.
