Glen Estates is a busy Property Sales & Lettings Management Agency in Letterkenny and we are looking for a full-time Lettings Administrator.
You will enjoy a varied role comprising of Lettings management administration using our dedicated CRM system such as:
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with tenants.
- Assisting in the management of our rental portfolio.
- Managing rent collection and accounting to Landlords.
- Creating and filing Letting management documents.
- Dealing with phone, post, and email queries
- Contributing to general admin tasks and maintenance administration of the properties
- Uploading invoices and dealing with our suppliers to ensure smooth management of the properties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
Monday – Friday 9.30am-5:00pm
Work Location: In person full time office based
