While today is expected to stay mostly dry, another freezing evening seems to be in store.
Met Éireann say today will be dry for the majority, with some sunny spells and only very scattered showers at times. Highest temperatures during the day today are expected to be between 3 and 5 degrees.
However, temperatures aere set to dip again this evening and tonight. Some showers could turn to sleet or snow on higher ground tonight, with widespread frost and ice patches also.
Lowest temperatures overnight are expected to be between -2 and 1 degrees.
