The venue has been set for Donegal and Derry’s McKenna Cup Final clash.
The two sides will meet at Healy Park in Omagh at 5pm next Saturday evening, the 20th of January.
It’s set to be the first true test for Jim McGuinness’ men after his return to the sidelines, with silverware and bragging rights over old North West rivals Derry and Manager Mickey Harte on the line.
Donegal have cruised through the early rounds of the McKenna Cup – but with teams often fielding younger players in the earlier rounds of the competition, Donegal have not had to field a full strength 15 under McGuinness yet.
That could very much be set to change next weekend.
