Magee is a fifth generation Irish family business with over 150 years’ experience in designing, weaving and tailoring cloth and clothing. The Company operates across manufacturing, wholesale, retail and e-commerce.
We wish to recruit a Sales Assistant to work full-time (37.5 hrs/week) at our iconic store on The Diamond in Donegal Town.
Key requirements are:-
- An engaging and enthusiastic personality with a passion for selling high-quality products and the desire to increase sales.
- Exceptional communications and customer service skills providing an unforgettable in-store experience resulting in repeat business.
- A genuine interest in clothing with the ability to put outfits together would be beneficial as well as attention to detail in all areas.
- Ideally, a minimum 2-3 years’ experience selling high quality products in a similar retail environment.
The successful candidate will work across all Departments and will join a great team of enthusiastic and energetic people so you will need to be a good team-player whilst also being able to work on your own initiative. On-the-job training will be provided.
The store is open Monday – Saturday and on Sundays during peak season so flexibility is an essential requirement. The working week is 37.5 hrs.
