Responsibilities:
• To oversee the daily operations in our Your Stop Store Gleneely.
• You will supervise the operational and organizational standards of our store.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Developing and arranging promotional material and in store displays.
• Inspire, lead and motivate staff members.
• Passes excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
• Follow and comply with all health and safety measures.
• Assist in training new team members.
