The search for the 2024 Donegal Rose has begun.
Rathmullan woman Katie McAteer (above) donned the Donegal sash in 2022 and made everyone from her home county proud as our ambassador in Tralee.
Revamped Rose of Tralee competition rules now allow centres to only put forward a Rose every two years.
As Katie prepares to pass on the Donegal sash, entries are already being submitted via www.roseoftralee.ie
Young women from across the county are invited to apply online ahead of this year’s Donegal Rose Selection on Saturday 13th April in the Central Hotel & Leisure Club Donegal in association with R McCullagh Jewellers.
Interested applicants must be over age 18 and not have reached your 30th birthday on or prior to September 1st, 2024.
The Donegal Rose selected will attend the Rose Tour in Tralee along with a live TV appearance with Daithi O Se on RTE.
