Christmas cheer came to the Diamond in Donegal Town last night as the Donegal Service Station led a light-up lorry and tractor run.
The charity event saw 91 impressive motors hitting the road in aid of the Donegal-Galway Cancer Bus and Donegal Community Inclusion Training Services.
The rain didn’t dampen spirits as tractors and lorries were decked out in cheery lights to travel from Laghy, back into Donegal town towards Mountcharles, and returned to the Donegal Service Station.
Families were treated to festive fun all afternoon at the Donegal Service Station and there was also an exciting raffle with top prizes. Prizes were awarded to the Best Decorated Tractor & Lorry.
The event was a huge success and raised a significant amount of funding for the Good and New Cancer Bus Charity and the local CI (Community Inclusion) Centre.
