The funerals of two teenage friends killed in a road tragedy in Inishowen on Monday morning last take place today.
Alana Harkin and Thomas Gallagher, both 18, were killed as a group of friends returned home after some had been working at Simpson’s Bar and restaurant in Carndonagh.
Both Alana and Thomas died after the car they were traveling in left the road at around 12.30am at Terrawee, Gleneely around 12.30am.
Hundreds of mourners are expected to attend today’s funerals.
Alana’s funeral takes place at 11am at St Mary’s Church in Bocan, Culdaff while Thomas’ funeral takes place at 2pm at St Mary’s Church in Moville.
