Seamus Coleman has been left out of Stephen Kenny’s squad for the final Euro 2024 qualifier away to the Netherlands and friendly with New Zealand.
The Killybegs man has been returning from a serious injury but has been making a number of appearances for the Everton Under-21s.
For potentially his final squad selection as Republic of Ireland manager Kenny has resisted the temptation to recall Seamus Coleman.
The following is the Republic of Ireland squad:

Defenders: Matt Doherty (Wolverhampton Wanderers), Festy Ebosele (Udinese), Ryan Manning (Southampton), Liam Scales (Celtic), Shane Duffy (Norwich City), Nathan Collins (Brentford), Dara O’Shea (Burnley), Andrew Omobamidele (Nottingham Forest).
Midfielders: Josh Cullen (Burnley), Jayson Molumby (West Bromwich Albion), Alan Browne (Preston North End), Will Smallbone (Southampton), Jason Knight (Bristol City), Jamie McGrath (Aberdeen), Mark Sykes (Bristol City).
