Well-known TV chef Neven Maguire is getting a taste of Donegal this week as he films a new series for RTE.
Chef Maguire, who is no stranger to the north west, is back recording for Neven’s Coastal Trails.
The culinary adventures have so far taken him to Chandpur Indian Restaurant in Donegal Town and to the 5-star Lough Eske Castle.
At Chandpur, the team filmed Neven and Rana, the restaurant’s chef, spicing things up through the menu of authentic Bangladeshi style dishes. The visit was topped off with a feast of Chandpur’s award-winning food.

“To be able to promote our beautiful town of Donegal and our award winning restaurant is one of our greatest achievements to date,” said Susan at Chandpur.
Neven’s filming tour began in Sligo this week, and businesses are now eagerly awaiting the release of the show, which is scheduled to air in the New Year.
