Donegal County Council say that the pier car park in Donegal Town is to be closed at times this weekend, due to the potential of flooding on the site.
Due to a combination of the high tide, as well as a predicted storm surge, the car park will be closed between 5:45pm and 8:45pm this evening.
Tomorrow Sunday, the pier car park will be closed in the morning between 6am and 9am, and tomorrow evening between 6:30pm and 9:30pm.
