Up and coming Ros na Rún actor Colm Mac Giolla Easpaig is set to feature in an exclusive Ros na Rún Culture Night Q&A session tomorrow, Friday.
Colm Mac Giolla Easpaig, from Gaoth Dobhair, plays Mánus Daly on the Irish soap. He’ll be joined by Ciara Cox – who plays Maeve in Ros na Rún, for a special gathering that will see the Galway TV set opened to fans for one evening only.
Both young actors are nominated in the Young Stars for the forthcoming Gradam Cumarsáid 2023.
The panel will also feature Máirín Uí Eidhin head of the scripting department at Ros na Rún and Marion Ní Loingsigh Series Producer.
Ros na Rún and Culture Night fans are invited to book their place for an exclusive behind the scenes tour and Q & A session with the popular Irish language TV drama series by emailing leiriuchain@rosnarun.com. The event takes place on Friday 22nd of September 2023 between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. The occasion promises an exciting glimpse of what’s involved in the making of a TV drama series inclusive of viewing the individual sets, production spaces, green room and learning all about what’s involved from scripting, writing and acting and of course production values which brings the drama to our TV screens.
Filmed at an Chuasnóg in Spiddal in the Connemara Gaeltacht, Ros na Rún is a co-production between Dánú Media and Tyrone Productions for TG4.
