A planning application has been lodged with Donegal County County for 52 new homes in the Ballymacool area of Letterkenny.
The new housing estate will consist of 20 four bedroom semi-detached homes, 30 three bedroom semi-detached homes as well as one three bedroomed detached home and another four bedroom detached home.

The application to the council planning department has been made in the name of Phil Boyle and the architect is Patrick O’Connor.
A decision date on the application is due by November 7th next.
