Tata Consultancy Services Global Delivery Centre in Letterkenny are looking for confident and engaging Customer Service Representatives to join us in fixed term contract roles.
The role of the Customer Service Representative includes responding efficiently to customer demands received through multiple channels, including inbound and outbound telephone calls, in writing, by email and through other digital methods.
The Customer Service Representative will require strong communication and accurate administration skills when dealing with customer demands and carrying out any associated tasks in support of effective service delivery. These tasks may include back-office administration, call centre or service centre functions as appropriate.
