Mandy Sweeney’s Service Station in Termon have two positions they wish to fill.
The first is a deli-assistant role and the second is a bookkeeper position.

Deli Assistant role:
Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
– Excellent communication skills
– Exceptional Customer Service Skills
– The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task
– Experience working in a busy Deli
– A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers.
Main duties:
– Hot & Cold Food Preparation
– Cook, prepare and display the foods sold throughout the day
– Maintain food safety standards in the department
– Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas i.e. make sandwiches and rolls, dish up hot food and slice meats.
– Ensure that the counter displays across all fresh food departments are to the highest standards at all times throughout the day
– Demonstrate your passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customers
– Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy
– Ordering Stock
Job Type: Full-time including weekends
Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience working in food preparation
Bookkeeper role
General Bookkeeping and administrative duties including;
– VAT returns
– Invoice Processing and Supplier Reconciliations
– Revenue reporting re Excise (ROM1)
– Bank Reconciliations
– Year end account prep and liaison with external accountant
– Label printing and distribution for shop floor
– Product pricing reviews
– Payroll
Immediate start with 13-16 hours per week with flexibility in how they are spread across the week.
Job Type: Permanent -Flexitime
Experience:
– Bookkeeping: minimum 1 year’s experience
– Sage Accounting an advantage
