The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen in a similar setting.

Job description includes:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for the hotel bar & restaurant
- A team player and with good communication skills, maintaining good staff relations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage the kitchen staff, motivate them and assign duties fairly.
- HACCP training is an advantage, or good standard of food hygiene and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure.
- Exceptional cooking skills

The Central Hotel, Donegal Town, are looking for full-time experienced Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position in a hospitality setting. Midweek and seasonal availability required.

Duties:
- Greeting & seating customers
- Taking orders, service of food & drink
- Clearing & resetting tables as needed
- Ensure the area is kept clean and tidy at all times
