Drew after his third consecutive Irish Open win in Tipperary on Sunday.
In Heat 1, he took a good comfortable win but the second heat wasn’t as straight forward. He suffered a puncture in one of the front tyres, and a bent steering, but he drove on in the rim and managed to secure third place. This gave him enough points for pole position and he took a flag to flag win to secure the 2023 Irish Open Championship for the third consecutive year.
Drew and his team, including his son Andrew, travelled back to Donegal on Sunday and enjoyed plenty of celebrations with his family.
