The Donegal u15 squad won the U15 Premier Section of the Galway Cup with a 2-1 win over Midlands Schoolboys.
Brian Mc Fadden was the hero as he scored both goals for the Donegal outfit.
They started the tournament with a 4-0 win over Pike Rovers, Oisin Ebbs, Oisin Feeney, Tadgh O’Baoill and Brian Mc Fadden were the scorers.
In the second game they lost 2-1 to Dundalk Schoolboys, despite dominating the game, Aaron Kerr was the scorer. Next up was Clare Schoolboys. Again Donegal dominated but couldn’t score.
The final group game was against Mervue Utd which finished in a 2-0 win with Evan Daly getting both.
Thomas Carr was also voted player of the tournament.
