A 72 year old man has appeared in court charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
Charles Lynagh appeared at Letterkenny District Court.
The court was told Lynagh of Tirloughan, Carrigart was arrested by Gardai on July 27th last at Croaghross, Portsalon.
His solicitor, Mr Patsy Gallagher, asked for the case to be adjourned until September 20th next.
Mr Gallagher said his client was due in court on that date for a more “substantive matter.”
Judge Deirdre Gearty agreed and adjourned the case until the Falcarragh sitting of the court on September 20th.
