Holistic therapies have gained a respected place in today’s health scenario with a well established position along side the more traditional approach to health! The Irish School of Reflexology and Wellness is proud to be the leader of this relatively new but necessary approach to health. The ISRW offers a variety of courses to help their students find a satisfactory new career that will train them to provide clients with the care that traditional medicine can’t give. It looks after the emotional side of the sickness or stress that the clients might be experiencing.
The new term of our Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology will start on the 09/10th of September at the Jackson’s Hotel, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal.
“This course changed my life,” says Tatiana Grosso, Principal of the ISRW, “and brought growth in my own life and a very rewarding career that involves helping people on a daily basis. It has also changed the life of a lot of students who are now very happily practicing Reflexology and helping lots of people too. Reflexology is a very safe and powerful complementary therapy. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes and points in the feet which relate to all the organs and parts of the body.”
“By simply applying the pressure with specific hands and finger techniques to these points in the feet, it is possible to release imbalances and blockages and improve the energy and blood flow around the body.
“The treatment we teach is the original Eunice Ingham treatment which is proven to be highly effective and powerful in treating health issues.”
The Ballybofey-based training school facilitates beginners, post-graduates and practitioners in developing their skills and expanding their knowledge. We offer NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists-IRL) and ITEC accredited professional training programmes.

Health can be measured in many ways and is often broken down into a variety of numbers and diagnoses that don’t often provide the best picture of what a truly healthy body and mind looks like.
This is why holistic health is so important. To be able to truly achieve optimal wellness we must address the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual. We have to look at the whole picture and understand how everything is connected and part of the same puzzle!
