A Dunkineely family has shared their delight after their missing cat ‘Thor’ returned home safely after being missing for four months.
The friendly ginger cat was part of a county-wide appeal in April. But, as time passed, his family thought he was gone for good.
That was until last week when Thor casually turned up at home!
Owner Niall said: “We did not expect to see him again as we had looked for him so much. We searched all the fields around incase he was caught on a fence or something.
“We have no idea where he was during his time away, he is in good health so he must have been fed by someone.
“We are happy to have him back and he is happy to be reunited with his mother as he is very close to her.”
