Kelsius improves HACCP compliance, saving time, reducing risk and providing information at your fingertips. HACCP – (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)- is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food or medicines.
Kelsius is recruiting for the following roles, based in their Head Office in Falcarragh, Co. Donegal.
IT Support Technician (full-time)
You will be responsible for supporting Kelsius customers and their IT departments to provide technical support for Kelsius products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining in house systems and provide assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the company’s network, software and computer equipment.
Previous similar experience and a 3rd level technical qualification is required.
Customer Support Technician (full-time)
You will be responsible for remote customer auditing/reporting and supporting Kelsius customers. You will handle customer queries including the logging of all customer calls, monitoring high priority ‘Watch List’ customers, ensuring all inbound customer calls are responded to promptly, act as point of contact for client queries and escalations when necessary, and carry out system changes using Kelsius configuration tools.
Previous similar experience and a 3rd level technical qualification is required.
