Donegal County Council has given the green light for a former garda barracks to be converted into an apartment block and cafe.
Warren Kearns of WP Kearns ltd is proposing to partially demolish, renovate and extend the old station in Muff (main pic) to include four apartments.
In addition, he also sought permission for a number of new three-storey extensions to include 18 apartments as well as 11 townhouses. However, planners decided to grant permission for just four townhouses.
Meanwhile, Permission is being sought for the construction of a new motorhome park in Inishowen.
