Popular ‘Hardy Baker’ shuts its doors at Bundoran Retail Park

The popular Hardy Baker in the Bundoran Retail Park has closed its doors for the last time.

However, their cafe of the same name on the town’s Main Street remains open as usual.

The owners cited ‘unforeseen circumstances’ which meant they had to make the difficult decision to close the retail park outlet (main pic).

“It has been a remarkable adventure, one filled with late nights, early mornings and countless hours of hard work,” they posted on their Facebook page.

“We want to thank each and every staff member who worked with us – we were incredibly lucky to have the most amazing team and would never have been able to do it without them. We would also want to express our heartfelt thanks to our loyal customers and the people of Bundoran (and beyond). Your unwavering support, loyalty and patronage have been the driving force behind this amazing journey.”

They stressed that retail park customers can still use the loyalty programme, vouchers and redeem points at the main street cafe.
