John O’Donnell Construction Ltd. are a construction company based in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a full time office administrator.
Role Includes:
- Preparation of RAMS and collation of H&S files including Sub-Contractor vetting
- H&S site audits and inductions
- Compilation & collation of handover files for site certifiers
- Preparation of Suitability Assessment Questionnaires and Quality Assessments for tender processes
- Sourcing & Procuring material quotations including price comparisons, managing & tracking orders.
Requirements:
- Experience in Health & Safety
- Experience in construction administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Full drivers licence
- Immediate Start
- Full time – Monday to Friday
- Based in Ballybofey, site visits required within Co. Donegal
- Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
