Ciaran Williamson continued the good form he had shown during Open Week at Letterkenny Golf Club by winning the Charlie Collins Letterkenny Hospital President’s Prize.
The Open was played at Ballybofey and Stranorlar Golf Club last Friday.
The course, which was in exceptional condition, proved a tricky test with Ciaran’s 37 Stableford points the day’s best score just pipping Kevin Mills on 36 points , with Kevin two points ahead of the next best score of 34 points recorded by Section winners Mickey Ferry and Charlie McHugh and Section One runner-up Kieran Doherty.
Trevor Duncan and Monica McDonagh were the other Section winners, both on 33 points.
